My best friend is horribly addicted to heroine. I worry the every day is the day that I find out that she’s dead. She’s has three beautiful girl,

My dad and both of my aunts (his younger sisters) are addicted to PCP idk what to do anymore I’ve tried talking and yelling but they don’t seem to care. My dad just came home from serving 22 years consecutively in jail and the minute he got out and off probation he was back smoking boat his younger sister started back when he got off probation and the youngest of the siblings has been smoking boat as long as I’ve known her and she’s only two years older than me so for about the last 10 years straight maybe longer she is been a PCP addict she currently has four children none of them she has custody of and because of her addiction she loss one set of twins and one baby from another set of twins. She doesn’t feel like she should be responsible for taking care of her children the last set of twins that she had the one that died they were both born 1 lb and 3 oz that’s it that’s why I only one of them lived.
My daughter has a problem, I really not sure if it’s only drug related or mental, or both! I just know she needs help before she finds herself dead or in jail! She killing the family physically and mentally…
What about cigarets that’s a drug that some people need help with like me. I’ve tried everything and nothing has worked. I am on oxygen almost died. I need help. I’ve hurt my family I can see it every time in their eyes.
